For Machined Parts and Circuitry

Photochemical etching is the ideal process for producing small or large thin metal parts that are too intricate, too thin or too fragile to produce by ordinary methods. In almost any alloy metal, ranging in thickness from .0005" to .060". Photochemical etching leaves no burrs. It doesn't change the metal composition such as heat or mechanical stress on finished parts. The process is excellent for
prototyping parts because of low tooling cost, easy modifications to tooling and fast turnaround.

We are closely affiliated with one of the best plating and metal finishing companies in the area, with the capability of plating in gold, tin , nickel or cadmium etc...

We stock most metal alloys in all thicknesses and can provide test reports in most cases. What we don't stock in house we can usually get quickly.
