Here is a look at the process of creating Metal Business Cards: 1. Graphic Design - Design your product. The finished product is only as good as your design. 2. Layout Film - A layout film is created. This is much like a large high-quality printed transparency of your product. 3. Photochemical Etching - The layout-film is laid on the metal of your choice and put through an intensive light and chemical process that etched away the written part of your product.
